Summer Sunshine: Ukraine Matters

Car for Ukraine has once again joined forces with a group of influencers, creators, and news observers during this summer. Sunshine here serves as a metaphor, the trucks are a sunshine for our warriors to bring them to where they need to be and out from the place they don't.

This time, the focus for Ukraine Matters and its great community is on 93rd brigade Alcatraz getting them 4 solid armored pickups to be able to:

• get in and out of the positions
• deliver ammo and supplies
• evacuate wounded

The Goal of the Campaign

We are sourcing all vehicles around 2010-2012 or newer, mainly Toyota Hilux or Mitsubishi L200, with low mileage and fully serviced. These are some of the greatest and most reliable pickups possible to be on the frontline in Ukraine

SUMMER SUNSHINE TRUCKS. Part of our 2025 patch collection. 

Not just a sun! This patch is based on the historic battle flag of the Podillya people from Ukraine steppes, who fought for and won freedom from the Mongols in the Middle Ages during the epic Battle of Grunwald. Now we carry on the same mission but with a new aggressor.

We didn't know whether we should provide this option to the Ukraine Matters' page since this community is fundraising for 93rd and not for HUR. However the word of mouth of Ukraine Matters also helps to spread the word about the global goal of the campaign and therefore everyone here also deserves the unique piece we've recevied from HUR. 

It is a special HUR SUPPORT patch that this 6th detachment provides to those who support any activities related to helping this unit.

Everyone who contributes €250 (~$275) or more will be able to receive it.

For €2,500 we will place your custom sticker on a truck. 

It could be your logo, name, or maybe your country's flag.

"Your truck" at the frontline

The average cost of an armored pickup we deploy to the frontline is €11,000. If you contribute with that amount all the custom branding options will be yours. Plus you'll receive a personalized reporting about the truck, where it ends up as well as some surprise gifts from us.

From €200 - now you are fueling up 2 trucks Lviv -> Kherson. 
From €500 - you'll buy armor for 1 pickup truck. That's the General level.
From €1,000 - enough to pay for 1 pickup truck delivery UK -> Ukraine.

We are fully transparent with our donors. We report on every vehicle in our media channels, showcasing their journey from donation to delivery at the frontlines. Additionally, we have a separate workflow that tracks the progress of each donated car, and we provide updates directly to our donors.
